SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

This Software License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (the “User”) and the oryelle team (“Licensor”) for the use of the software product provided in compiled form only (the “Software”).

By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, the User agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use the Software.

1. LICENSE GRANT

Licensor grants the User a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Software solely for personal or internal use, until January 1, 2026.

2. RESTRICTIONS

The User may NOT:

- Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software;
- Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code;
- Distribute, lease, lend, rent, or sell the Software;
- Circumvent any license restrictions, security features, or usage limits.
- Perform any actions that are substantially similar to, or intended to achieve the same effect as, any of the above restrictions, even if not explicitly listed.

3. OWNERSHIP

The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software (including all intellectual property rights) remain with the Licensor.

4. TERMINATION

This license automatically terminates on January 1, 2026. Upon termination, the User must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies in their possession.

5. NO WARRANTY

The Software is provided “AS IS” without warranty of any kind. Licensor disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, DATA, OR PROFITS, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, OR OTHER TORTIOUS ACTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THIS SOFTWARE.

7. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zurich, Switzerland.
